Meta/Google Ads Specialist

We are seeking a talented Meta/Google Ads Specialist to join our remote team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital advertising platforms. This role will primarily involve developing and executing effective advertising campaigns for our clients, driving traffic, and maximizing conversions.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital advertising strategies tailored to E-commerce and B2B businesses.
Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other advertising platforms to drive traffic and conversions.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to maximize campaign performance.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROI.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives and deliver effective advertising solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising, particularly within the E-commerce and B2B sectors.
Provide initial training and guidance to team members as needed, sharing expertise and best practices in Meta and Google Ads.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
Proficiency in creating and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms.
Experience with analytics tools such as GA4 and Google Search Console to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members in a fully remote environment.
Flexible working hours, preferably within Australian business hours (9-5 pm Aussie hours).
This is a part-time position, starting at 12.5 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as needed.
