Enjoy an ongoing project-based job (with the possibility to increase to part time or full time) working from home assisting a New Zealand (NZ) entrepreneur with a business built on GoHighLevel (GHL). You’ll focus on creating and optimising paid ads across multiple platforms for Lazymagnet and its clients.
We use an advanced AI Ads system () for creating and optimising ads. We don’t expect you to have experience with and you will be given training. You will bring your expertise in ad creation and optimisation to the table to ensure winning results.
The AI Ads system can manage ads on multiple platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Spotify and LinkedIn, so this will be an opportunity to broaden your experience.
You will be managing ads for us as well as assisting our clients.
Our customers will be managing their own ad campaigns and your role will be to help them set up their first campaigns (including setting up accounts and pixels where necessary), train them on how use the AI Ads system, monitor initial results and help them achieve great results.
Manage ad campaigns: You will be responsible for
1. setting up ad accounts; setting up tracking including Pixels and event tracking
2. setting up campaigns
3. analysing the business and determining strategy
3. creating ads (using ) and editing ads to ensure performance
4. developing creative for Facebook and other campaigns
5. monitoring performance and working with clients when they need to make changes to their campaigns
Skills & Experience
– You will be able to demonstrate experience of at least TWO years in a paid role in ad creation and optimisation on at least two ads platforms.
– You will be able to demonstrate experience in setting up Google Ads tracking, Facebook Pixel and Google Tag Manager
– You will be able to provide metrics showing your success in these roles.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– High attention to detail
– Good organisational and project management skills
– Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross functional teams
– Proven track record of reliability and meeting deadlines
You will be doing the work yourself and not delegating to a team
You’ll have experience working remotely for an overseas business.
You will be super organised and reliable to chase up projects, lift the load and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You have a dedicated area at home with a good computer and reliable internet connection, where you can have discussions with customers quietly. Critically, you have exceptional English communication skills, speaking and writing it as fluently as a first language.
