Job Description:
The Senior Full Stack Developer will play a crucial role in both developing new features and maintaining existing applications, particularly in AI and blockchain technologies. This position requires proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, , React, ), , Python, NGINX, and Supabase. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual who can improve application performance and manage routine maintenance tasks, including bug fixes.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Front-End Development:
• Interface Design and Implementation: Utilize React and to implement and refine dynamic user interfaces for AI and blockchain applications based on pre-designed and quality-checked UI/UX templates. Focus on building responsive, user-friendly designs that support real-time data processing and interactive experiences.
• Performance Optimization: Implement advanced JavaScript techniques and front-end frameworks to enhance the speed and responsiveness of applications. Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement improvements on the UI/UX, ensuring the interfaces meet the functional requirements and enhance user satisfaction.
• Cross-Platform Adaptability: Ensure that all front-end applications perform seamlessly across different devices and platforms, adapting interfaces for mobile, tablet, and desktop environments to ensure a consistent and optimal user experience.
Back-End Development:
• Architecture Development: Design and develop robust back-end architectures that can efficiently handle the demands of scalable AI algorithms and secure blockchain transactions. Focus on creating modular, scalable back-end systems using Supabase and other backend technologies.
• Database Management and Optimization: Manage sophisticated database solutions with MongoDB and Supabase, optimizing data storage and retrieval processes to support high-volume applications without compromising performance.
• Maintenance and Security: Perform routine maintenance tasks including debugging, updating, and patching back-end systems to enhance security and functionality. Ensure comprehensive security measures are in place to protect data and maintain the integrity of server deployments.
• Integration and Deployment: Seamlessly integrate back-end services with front-end counterparts. Utilize NGINX for efficient request handling, load balancing, and providing a secure HTTP gateway. Ensure deployments are streamlined and maintain high availability and fault tolerance.
Remote Work Compliance and Tool Utilization:
• Adherence to Company Policies: Strictly follow company policies regarding remote work, including data security protocols, confidentiality agreements, and remote work guidelines to maintain professionalism and integrity in a fully remote environment.
• Time Management and Logging: Utilize company-provided logging and time-tracking tools to ensure accurate recording of work hours and project progress. Maintain transparency with clocking in and clocking out practices to align with team schedules and project timelines.
• Effective Use of Project Management Tools: Actively use project management and development tools such as JIRA to plan, track, and manage tasks and projects efficiently. Ensure that all project milestones, documentation, and communications are updated and accessible to relevant team members and stakeholders.
• Regular Communication and Reporting: Engage in regular updates and communication with team members and management through Microsoft Teams. Participate in daily stand-ups, weekly meetings, and monthly reviews to ensure consistent alignment with project goals and team objectives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development, with substantial expertise in MERN, , Python, and a strong capability in Supabase.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and troubleshooting AI and blockchain applications.
• Comprehensive understanding of database management and server architecture, with specific skills in MongoDB, NGINX, and Supabase.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a remote team.
