Our company is fast growing and we’re adding new team members that would be fantastic on the phones answering calls and questions. Someone that can also pass the calls live with the lead to our underwriters, following a process we have created to make it easy.

We need a great people person that can help overlap and check, assist the team members in the pipeline and do other Admin related tasks, inside our GHL, including setting tasks, notes, follow up message texts, emails, looking for ones that need to be cycled in and out based on deliverability. Also checking on others to offer help in double checking the work we are doing.

You will get to work directly with one or more of the owners of the business at times. The rest is answering calls at times when they come in when you are on the clock, and being a valuable asset to the team in your role.
