Who We Are
We are a technology partnership seeking skilled Microsoft experts to add to our team. We have multiple clients and ongoing work. This role is for contract-based work, part time to full-time (20-40 hours per week), depending on your availability and client needs.

Must have your own working computer and must have high speed internet
Availability: 10-20 hours/week
Must be willing to learn and take assignments
Must communicate through Teams and email
Must meet deadlines 100% of the time
Duties and Responsibilities
Deploying and managing web applications, site collections, and custom workflows.
Managing configuration settings to include user accounts, authentication, and other security-related operations
Participate in the planning and execution of new SharePoint based projects, including interfaces with other DMS business systems
Analyze business and system needs and suggest solutions that leverage SharePoint out-of-the-box functionality, as well as staying within SharePoint policies.
Identifying risks and making recommendations for best practices
Providing technical support of InfoPath forms, SharePoint workflows, PowerAutomate, and Power Apps
Posting new content and modifying existing content to supported SharePoint sites
Assist in migration from SharePoint 2010 environment to SharePoint online
Qualifications
3+ years experience as a SharePoint Developer/Admin (on-prem and SharePoint Online)
Experience in SharePoint Designer Workflow, InfoPath Forms Services, BCS, records management, enterprise search, and Forms Based Authentication.
Excellent system analysis skills within complex technical activities; deep knowledge of best practices
Worked through all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which includes gathering and analyzing business requirements, functional/technical specifications, designing, developing, testing, deploying the applications and providing production support
Good Experience in database development in creating complex database Queries, Views, Stored Procedures, User Defined Functions
Knowledge of PowerApps and Power Automate licensing plans and features included in different plans
Good experience in implementing agile/scrum software development methodologies
Knowledge of automated unit testing and test driven development
Ability to troubleshoot software systems, optimize performance, resolve problems, and provide follow-up on issues
Critical thinking, problem-solving, troubleshooting and decision-making skills
Strong communication skills and problem-solving
Desire to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
High integrity, with a proactive, positive approach to work
