The Role

This position will give you the opportunity to play an important role in building the foundations for a sustainable business in the future and implementing some critical process changes that will enable more effective and efficient operations. Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is the core system that we operate and touches all parts of the business so ensuring the set up is aligned to our business needs and processes is essential for our future growth.

Key Requirements

· Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
· Previous experience in end-to-end supply chain and finance processes
· Excellent English-speaking skills
· Strong communication skills
· Capable to work under pressure

Main Responsibilities, tasks & duties:

· Basic system customisation and configuration for core processes across all 2San BC entities, including:
· Page set up for core with mandatory fields configured / unnecessary fields removed
· Master data review against revised BC set ups to ensure future data integrity
· Master data upload for core vendor, item and client data
· Basic workflow set up with automated approvals for all core processes (e.g. Purhcase Order, Purchase Invoice)
· Homepage customisation per team (e.g. finance, sales, supply chain)
· Troubleshooting / issue resolution support to team as changes are rolled out
· Process / work instruction documentation and training in line with any changes
· Create user profiles sets for the different departments around the company
· Make certain functions ie new vendor set up limited to 1 or 2 ppl for control

Further phases of work will be scoped at a later date, including migrating a new entity into BC and integrating with other core systems (e.g. client EDI for receiving and processing orders, warehouse WMS for live inventory).

Work Hours
Workdays: Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm UK Time.
Philippine public Holiday- Holidays can be taken by agreement, unpaid.
UK public Holiday – Paid holidays can be taken or swapped for Philippine holidays.
Reasonable additional hours may be required from time to time.

Equipment
In addition to the above, you must also have the appropriate technology system & software in place as below:

Internet not lower than 10 MBPS
Laptop or PC with at least Intel Core i3 processor and 4GB RAM (or equivalent)
Noise cancellation headset & a webcam
An additional monitor screen is preferable but is not mandatory for the position.

Payment Rate
60,000 PHP per month, paid monthly.

Contact Period
4 months initial contract with option to extend depending on ongoing requirements.
