Microsoft Engineer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Microsoft Engineer to join my dynamic team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and executing critical projects, including client
tenant migrations, AD on-premises to Azure migrations, and the setup and management of MDM
compliance. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies, as well as a solid
grasp of compliance standards such as NIST and CIS, to ensure our projects meet the highest
security and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:
? Project Execution and Management: Lead and manage end-to-end Microsoft-related
projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Projects include
but are not limited to client tenant migrations, AD on-premises to Azure migrations, and
MDM setup and compliance management.
? Technical Leadership: Serve as a technical expert in Microsoft technologies, providing
guidance and support to the project team and stakeholders. Ensure technical solutions are
aligned with the project’s objectives and compliance requirements.
? Compliance and Security: Ensure all projects comply with relevant standards and
frameworks such as NIST and CIS. Implement security measures and practices to
safeguard data during migrations and within cloud environments.
? Troubleshooting and Support: Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting
for complex issues encountered during projects. Ensure issues are resolved in a timely
and effective manner, minimizing impact on project timelines and deliverables.
? Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest Microsoft technologies and
compliance standards. Recommend improvements to existing processes and technologies
to enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
? Certifications in Microsoft technologies, with a minimum of MD-100: Windows 10 and
MS-102: Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security.
? Proven experience in managing and executing client tenant migrations, AD on-premises
to Azure migrations, and MDM setup and compliance management projects.
? Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as NIST and CIS.
? Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
? Advanced certifications in Microsoft technologies.
? Experience with cloud security and governance tools.
? Knowledge of scripting languages and automation tools.
? Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact
effectively with a range of stakeholders.
