Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled worker who is an expert in Microsoft Excel and Amazon Seller Central.
This full-time remote position requires working from 9am to 5pm EST, Monday through Friday.

Job Description:
– Your main job will be to help with Amazon sales reports, Amazon fee reports, product listing file uploads, and other e-commerce tasks.
– Use Microsoft Excel to create tables that summarize Amazon sales data, inventory levels, advertising performance, and trends.
– Make Excel tools (like macros) to help with repetitive tasks, and make reporting faster.
– Look at data in Excel to find important information (like XLOOKUPs) and give suggestions.

Responsibilities:
– Work with teams to make sure Amazon reports are accurate and on time.
– Manage and track inventory levels for Amazon products.
– Handle product listing files, ensuring they are accurate and uploaded to Amazon.
– Track and report on Amazon advertising performance.
– Use Excel tools to automate tasks and make reporting quicker.

Qualifications:
– Comfortable using computers and the internet, and knows Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
– Really good at Excel, especially making and using pivot tables, macros, and XLOOKUPs.
– Experience with Amazon FBA, Seller Central, advertising reporting, and product listing files.
– Pays close attention to details and loves finding insights in data.
– Can create clear and professional reports in Excel.
– Good at communicating ideas in English, both in writing and speaking.
