Job Description

The Data Management Assistant will have the following primary responsibilities:

Manage and update pricing in the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Software and internal sales document (Excel Workbook’s) as when price file are obtained from vendor.
– Compare vendor and ERP pricing.
– Utilize internal sales document to calculate selling prices.
– Prep ERP import document for pricing upload
– Communicate changes in company regarding discounts or high price increases.

Internal sales document to be updated for each vendor with all the products and info. (Available on the vendor documentation)
– Ensure data on the vendor document is on the internal document as well. Ensure contact information from vendors are maintained in both internal documents and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) For Example Names, Emails, Phone Numbers
– New products from the vendor file to be added to the internal sales document with the relevant data.

Keep track of New/Obsolete/Discontinued/Roll-up sku’s communicated by the vendor and update it on both the internal sales document and ERP.
– Obsolete or discontinued or rollup sku’s to be specified on the internal document.
– Obsolete parts with no stock to be inactivated in the ERP.
– Discontinued parts to be marked in the ERP and if no stock then deactivated.
– Rollup sku’s to be noted and part# updated in the ERP.
– Communicate these changes in sku’s to the marketing department.

Create and maintain the ERP Items & Vendors records.
– Ensure data in ERP is consistent as per company standards.
– Work on the import documentation for new product additions & bulk data uploading.
– Manage and ensure all sku’s in the ERP has weight and dimensions assigned to it, if not communicate with vendor to obtain the info and update the data in the ERP and internal sales document.

Backorder Reporting
– Prep the document and upload to Google Drive for easy access to employees.
– On a weekly basis create B/O report for the sales dept. to help keep track of their respective order ETA’s. Any changes to the ETA’s to be updated on the backorder report.

– Is a Microsoft Excel Ninja – the ability to manipulate databases, formulas, generate and integrate reports are your superpowers, in addition to being an overall computing whiz
– Excellent organizational skills
– Affinity for Technology: Our executive assistant will be a technologically savvy PC user and will not be intimidated by learning new technology. Proficiency in the following tech platforms is ideal: Zoom, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary: 480000 PHP/ year paid b-weekly
The hours will be from 8:30-5pm Monday-Friday Mountain Standard Time.
