This part-time role involves creating high-quality templates using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint, as well as incorporating design elements from AI image generators or Canva Free. Your work will cater to various industries and niche markets, providing professional and polished results. You will also be responsible for creating guides and business plan templates.

Responsibilities:

– Develop Microsoft Office templates (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) tailored for different industries and niche markets.
– Enhance templates with design elements from AI image generators or Canva Free.
– Create comprehensive guides and business plan templates.
– Utilize ChatGPT for content creation while ensuring all content is checked and proofread for clarity and accuracy.
– Collaborate with me to brainstorm and identify the best offerings for each niche market.
– Provide support as needed for any template-related queries or adjustments.
– Have OUTSTANDING communication skills being able to respond to questions or feedback within 24 hours. This will allow us to brainstorm and work together effectively to develop the digital documents.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in creating templates using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
– Familiarity with Canva or AI image generation tools.
– Experience using ChatGPT or similar AI tools for content creation.
– Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
– Ability to work quickly and effectively, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with me.
– Creative mindset with the ability to produce professional and visually appealing results.
