Responsibilities:

Design and develop OneNote digital planners focused on project management and professional productivity, ensuring a high degree of usability and aesthetic appeal.
Collaborate closely with the project initiator to iterate on design concepts, incorporating feedback to refine functionality and user experience.
Employ innovative design techniques and make strategic use of OneNote’s features to enhance the planners’ effectiveness and appeal to our professional audience.
Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital productivity tools and project management methodologies, applying this knowledge to continually evolve our product offerings.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in digital product design, evidenced by a portfolio showcasing innovative and user-focused projects.
-Expertise in Microsoft OneNote, with a comprehensive understanding of its capabilities and how to leverage them for designing digital planners.
-A strong grasp of project management principles and how they can be integrated into digital planning tools to benefit professionals in various sectors (A strong understanding of project management principles and organizational strategies, ideally supported by experience or formal qualifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). However, practical experience and a deep understanding of user needs in these areas can substitute for formal credentials.)
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setup and engage in a productive feedback loop.
-Proven experience in graphic design and digital product design, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
-Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect the innovative concepts and strategic direction of our project.
