Microsoft word wizard with graphic design skills to create a Word template

I am looking for a microsoft word to consult and help format and design a template WITH me, here is the brief:

I would like one that has a two-thirds/ one third layout like the equity template. The front page of this would not have the charts and tables for equities and the margin on the left of the page should be the same as on the internal pages. We should be able to insert or remove a contents page as needed (not all documents will need a contents page).
the template also needs to have:
– Macros that allow us to click a button to insert a chart (including header, box for chart and source)
– Macros that allow us to click a button to insert a table (including header, table and source)
– Allow us to insert/ delete charts, tables and text without causing issues with formatting, and add/ delete rows from tables
– Auto fill onto following pages as we write/ edit
– Ability to remove the cover/ highlights page and go straight to a short note format that runs onto the following pages automatically.
– A final disclaimer page on each template (small text so it fits on a single page)
– Authors’ names and email addresses on the front page
– Correctly formatted (in line with brand guidelines) titles, subtitles, text
– All the usual functions to insert page breaks, section breaks etc in MS word.

– Available to work on this right now.
– Microsoft Word Wizard (do not apply if you are not an expert in advanced MS Word)
– Speak English fluently and can explain concepts and step-by-step instructions clearly.
– Is preferably a graphic designer or has graphic design experience.
– Has long experience creating and designing Word templates.
– does not mind working and giving instructions over a Zoom call.
