At first, this is a part-time role 20-30 hrs then will transition to a full-time permanent role ( within first few months)
There will be a 6-week trial period as we onboard and train you (paid!) we want to make sure that:

REGULAR TASKS:
– Advertisement Design: Conceptualize and create on-brand and on-trend advertisement designs, primarily catering to our clients in the hospitality industry.
– Brochure and Magazine Design: Aid in the design of brochures, magazines, and other print materials. This includes layout design, content placement, and ensuring print-readiness.
– Production Tasks: Oversee a variety of production-related duties, including:
>> Checking and validating files for accuracy.
>> Creating ads using pre-defined InDesign Templates.
>> Posting and scheduling blogs.
>> Managing content for social media through our scheduling tool.
>> Web Content Management: Upload, manage, and maintain web content and blogs, ensuring consistency and quality.
– Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team in bi-weekly meetings and participate in web-focused sessions every Tuesday.
– Client Interaction: Occasionally liaise with advertisers for clarifications or to ensure the clarity of provided content.
– Mentorship: Operate under the guidance and oversight of our Art Director and Vice President of Creative while also offering mentorship to junior members.
– Deadline Management: Juggles multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and quality deliveries.

PLEASE APPLY if you possess the following skills and attributes:
Crucially important: Demonstrated passion for design and enthusiasm for admin production tasks.
1+ year of internship or professional design experience, ideally with a combination of print and digital.
Extremely high level of attention to detail.
Expert-level skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design preferred.
Strong fundamental design skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively and also meet aggressive deadlines.
Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external clients, as needed.
Understanding of print production basics in order to create and prepare print-ready files for our brochures and magazines.
