Salary Range:
Singapore: $60,000 – $80,000 AUD per year
Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam: $40,000 – $60,000 AUD per year
Philippines: $35,000 – $50,000 AUD per year
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated SMSF Accountant to join our growing team. You will play a key role in servicing our clients with comprehensive SMSF administration and support, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage the end-to-end SMSF process for a diverse portfolio of client accounts, including:
– Fund establishment and registration
– Annual returns and tax lodgements
– Investment transactions and recordkeeping
– Accounting and financial reporting
– Audit preparation and liaison
– Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of SMSF administration, with a specific focus on real estate property investments.
– Liaise with clients to gather information, answer questions, and address concerns.
– Maintain accurate and detailed records, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and financial best practices.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest SMSF legislation and industry trends.
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate
– Minimum 5 years of experience working as an SMSF Accountant.
– Proven track record of successfully managing SMSF accounts for clients with real estate investments.
– Strong understanding of the Australian regulatory framework governing SMSFs.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
– Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
– Proficient in accounting software and industry-standard SMSF tools.
– Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
