Mid-Senior Front-end React Developer

We are a SaaS startup that is currently onboarding our initial customers. We are looking for a skilled front-end developer to join our team to help us continue to build out features in our growing application.

Must haves:
– Must have extensive experience with React, working with REST APIs
– Experience with Typescript
– Experience with front-end testing frameworks
– Ability to translate Figma designs into quality components

Bonus Points:
– Experience with PHP, Laravel, WordPress, Material UI, Chrome Extension Development, React Native

Hiring Process:
1-on-1 Google Meet to discuss your prior work experience and skill level. Discuss your desired career path, what you are skilled at, areas you are seeking to improve, availability to work. If we feel that you may be a good fit, we will offer you a 30 day paid period as an opportunity to see if you are a good fit on our team. Trial period pay will be determined upon experience but will range between ($7.50 – $9.00/hour). During your trial period we will be onboarding you into our tools and development environments, workflows, etc. Your trial period is your opportunity to earn your long-term spot on our team.

Contractors that transition into full-time positions are presented with a compensation plan that outlines pay and benefit allotments that will be awarded as the company continues to grow. We want to ensure that our development team is compensated along with the growth of the company.

Current Team:
We currently have 6 full-time developers, 1 part-time DevOps from the Philippines and 4 founding partners that reside in the United States on our team and are looking to continue to scale our team.

Workday Details:
This position has flexible hours and will be driven via communication over Google Meet, Slack, and Jira. Opportunities for additional hours and pay determined on skill level. Must be able to attend daily standup meetings via Google Meet Monday-Friday 9:15AM MST (Mountain Standard Time).
