Are you passionate about graphic design and eager to explore new artistic horizons? We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Midjourney Graphic Artist to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for those new to the industry, brimming with creativity and a knack for trend-spotting.

What is Midjourney?
Midjourney is an innovative platform where art meets technology. You’ll use text descriptions to generate a variety of artwork concepts, refining and adapting these to align with our goals and the store’s vision.

Your Role:
Create engaging art prints using Midjourney, focusing on detail, style, and expression.
Understand and apply various art styles like watercolor, illustration, oil painting, and more.
Design based on current trends and sales, with the flexibility to incorporate multiple trends for unique creations.
Participate in “Imagination Week,” unleashing your creativity without trend constraints.
Receive and implement feedback positively, and manage your time effectively.

Compensation:

Start at $2/hr part-time.
After showing promise and alignment with our goals, earn an additional $0.25 per sale of your designs in our store.
(Example you made a 3-piece art set and if it sold you would receive an additional $0.75)

Who Should Apply?

Creative individuals, whether new to the industry or with some experience.
If you have midjourney experience I will consider paying more but I will be testing to see if you know.

Detail-focused, trend-aware, and driven to design.
Familiar with basic art styles and capable of using Midjourney effectively.
Open to learning about trend search, though we have an SEO specialist and a hands-off yet supportive main designer (the owner) to guide you.
Ability to work with a team and not be afraid to bounce off ideas to and from the teammates or owner.
