Inbound/outbound and follow up Calls
Provide customer service as first point of contact
Generate leads
Generate leads from FB, IG, Google
Issue invoices
Social media
Moderate comments
Respond and interact with users
Respond to Customers via text messages
Write saved replies
FAQs
Set up sms management tools
Assist with managing Company App
Coherently market the company
Schedule appointments online
Schedule Meetings
Organize managers’ calendars
Manage Contact List
Familiar with the Google Suite
Familiar with Google My Business
Manage emails and inboxes
Set-up inbox management tools
Write saved replies
Reply to incoming emails or sort emails for Management reponses
Manage Customer Relationships
Address employees as needed and as instructed by managers
Can create SOPs
Perform general administrative tasks
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Pay close attention to details
Ask questions and accept constructive criticism.
