Missing Persons Locator and Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with expertise in skip tracing and persuasive communication to join our team as a Missing Persons Locator and Recovery Specialist. This role involves locating individuals who are entitled to unclaimed funds from the sale of their property during government tax auctions, contacting them, and persuading them to engage our services for fund recovery.

Responsibilities:

Utilize skip tracing techniques and tools to locate individuals entitled to unclaimed funds.
Contact identified individuals via phone calls, texts, and emails in a respectful and professional manner.
Clearly explain the nature of our services and the potential benefits of engaging our assistance.
Build rapport with clients and address any concerns or questions they may have, or refer them to management.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress in an automatic system.
Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations governing skip tracing, privacy, and sales practices.
Provide regular updates and reports on progress to management.
Requirements:

Ethical mindset and commitment to conducting business in a lawful and transparent manner.
Ability to work independently from home and manage time effectively.
Must have dependable Hi-Speed Internet.
Experience with CRM software and dialer systems preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
