Mobile App Ambassador – Pre-launch, Rollout, and Client Engagement and Retention

We are seeking a dedicated App Ambassador with excellent communication skills to engage top-producing commercial real estate agents and brokers. Using scripted phone intros and a multichannel engagement approach. Proficiency in phone and email communications is essential to drive influencer engagement. Engagement will highlight our App’s features, encouraging top producers to explore our mobile and web platforms.

We are located in the United States. The initial release and early rollout will be in Salt Lake City, Utah (MST) and surrounding Utah communities. As an App Ambassador, you’ll be a key player, collaborating with our lead developer and founding partners on our App outreach team. You will introduce our listing product to a select group of commercial real estate professionals. Our flagship commercial real listing product can be downloaded FREE from Apple’s App Store and Google Play. Client real estate listings content can be viewed and updated via the App or by our web interface for their listings. A successful agent must be friendly and persuasive and will be responsible for the following tasks.

Responsibilities:
– Contact a limited list of prospects via phone using a script.
– We Targeting a specific group of commercial real estate agents and brokers
– Call (Outbound) potential business customers in the US.
– Introduce or App’s features, benefits, and potential partnership opportunities.
– Use a provided script to ensure clear and consistent communication
– Provide real estate agents/brokers with the necessary information about the App
– Answer general product and service questions from provided fact sheets.
– Working directly with our In-House staff to begin client, or their staff, onboarding.
– Set follow-up schedules that require nurturing, as necessary.
– Set proper customer expectations to ensure a positive customer experience.
– Receive (Inbound) calls as required (either callback or as a potential client).
– Respond to general inquiries about our apps/products and services (calls and emails).

Requirements / Qualifications:
– Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
– Ability to effectively communicate using English.
– Familiar with American English idioms, grammar, and speech patterns.
– Solid understanding of U.S. professional etiquette.
– Focused on the commercial real estate agent and broker sector.
– Has good listening skills and can display patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
– Can work independently, self-reliant, and resourceful.
– Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
– Experience in cold-calling, sales, inbound or outbound calls is a PLUS
– Experienced in Real estate or a related field is a PLUS.
– Knowledge of commercial real estate is preferred but not required.
– Sufficient knowledge and skill to use computers; familiarity with multiple-screen navigation.
– Must be able to work during U.S. business hours.

Additional Requirements:
– Must have your computer or laptop, at least i3 processor or equivalent.
– Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 MBPS. Back-up is preferred.
– Noise-cancelling headset preferred.
