We’re an online fashion resale marketplace dedicated to connecting Australians who love thrifting preloved clothes (like Click to view). We are seeking a talented and motivated mobile app developer to help us bring our vision to life with a simple yet functional shopping app.

An experienced mobile app developer that can scope out and provide a quote for the development of a basic shopping app, similar to Depop’s app. The initial iteration of the app will focus on core functionalities to facilitate a seamless buying and selling experience for our users.

Responsibilities:
— Provide a detailed quote and timeline for the project.
— Develop a basic shopping app with essential features such as user registration, product listing, search and filter options, and a simple checkout process.
— Ensure the app is user-friendly, visually appealing, and performs well on both iOS and Android platforms.
— Offer insights and suggestions for future iterations and improvements.

Requirements:
— Proven experience in mobile app development, with a portfolio of previous work (experience with shopping apps is a plus).
— Proficiency in programming languages such as Swift, Kotlin, or React Native.
— Knowledge of backend development and database management.
— Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
— Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.
— Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:
— Experience in developing ecommerce apps. If you have experience with marketplace apps similar to Depop or eBay, please include.
