Since 1939 Barbizon Modeling & Acting trains and develops kids and teens for the modeling and entertainment industries. The core of our performing arts programs focus on building confidence, self esteem, professional development, and life skills we believe that any student can benefit from our programs whether they wish to pursue a professional career in the arts or not. Barbizon NYC now has an exciting opportunity for international Sales Reps to work with our world renowned studio from anywhere in the world! We offer paid training and a generous commission/bonus structure for those who aren’t afraid to take the next step in their careers!

A Barbizon Admissions Representative is a confident, energetic, sales-minded role model with a stylish and professional appearance. Ideal candidate has exceptional people skills, a dynamite phone/video-demeanor and a passionate, positive personality! You will be working constantly to inspire and motivate young lives, while helping direct our talent towards careers in the entertainment industry. We are seeking a family-oriented candidate who understands the value of community and education in a young-person’s life.

Duties:

Qualify incoming and outbound leads and confirm an interview appointment with applicant and their family
Conduct in depth personal interview with applicant and their family to make sure they are a right fit for our performing arts programs
Maintain the applicants excitment for the program after acceptance and coordinate with our education department to retain payment and class schedule for student
Requirements:

Bilingual, must be fluent in English
Our Admissions Reps primarily work with pre-teen and teen students (as well as their families) so must have a strong understanding of family dynamics
MUST be a role model for our students and their families!
Experience in sales! Intangible sales (such as School Admissions, Membership & Social Services, Dance, Fitness, Timeshare, ) is a PLUS!
Effective communication skills for ZOOM interviews, as well as group presentations.-Stable internet, computer with green screen / lighting / virtual background

TIME ZONE – EASTERN STANDARD TIME:
Wednesday – Friday 1:00 pm -8:30 pm
Saturday / Sunday – 10:45 am – 7:45pm
