Moderation Specialist

Join our fast growing company as a Moderation Specialist with English C1 language skills.

You will be a part of a ground-breaking company that provides child safety in the form of an
application. Being a monitoring consultant means always being active and alert behind the
platform and aware of what is happening at all times.

You will be monitoring and reviewing the operation of the platform, to ensure the aims and principles of our constitution are given full effect. You will ensure the children on the platform are safe, so this means monitoring their activities and communication with others.

It is a remote full-time position.

Schedule: 7AM – 9PM Ireland time (8h in that range) Monday – Friday (flexible)

Your responsibilities:
– Do content moderation of the website according to the T&Cs;
– Manage users’ accounts;
– Perform other related administrative tasks;
– Share feedback, communicate and coordinate with colleagues;
– Report to senior management.

You are our perfect candidate if you have:
– English C1 language skills (writing and speaking);
– Common knowledge about acceptable kid’s behaviors;
– You are ready and can work in the proposed schedule;
– Ability to work in a stressful situation, skills of active listening and attention to detail, proactive character, problem-solver;
– Basic IT and computer skills (GSuite, MS Office, Basic Excel formulas);
– Self-employment. We will sign a contract with you as with independent employee;
– You can work from home, don’t be distracted;
– Have your own PC and good Internet connection.
