Position Overview:
As a Modern Shelving Custom Design Specialist, you will be the face of our design team, working closely with clients through virtual consultations to assess their needs, understand their space constraints, and propose customized shelving designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual consultations via Zoom with potential customers, ensuring a clear understanding of their design preferences, space constraints, and budgetary considerations.
Engage in detailed discussions with designers, architects, and other B2B clients to ascertain specifications and provide design solutions.
Use SketchUp to create accurate and visually compelling models of the proposed shelving designs, taking into account the nuances of the space and the client’s requirements.
Prepare and present design proposals, including quotations, timelines, and material breakdowns.
Continuously upgrade design knowledge to stay abreast of modern shelving trends and materials.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, production, and installation, to ensure smooth project execution.
Address client concerns or feedback promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Minimum Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SketchUp and rendering 3D modeling software.
Familiarity with Zoom video conferencing tools.
