We are a financial planning company that provides services in retirement & SMSF, personal risk insurance, income protection insurance, and wealth planning.
Our client who operates a real estate business in Darwin Northern Territory Australia is looking for an Admin Specialist. They are currently comprised of 4 Australian staff – the Principal Owner, the Admin Services Manager, and two (2) Property Managers/sales agents. You will be reporting directly to the Admin Services Manager, Dianne Prest, who is currently overseeing the tasks in their task management system, .
Role Description
Your initial responsibility is to fully take over the management of these day-to-day tasks within and it includes, but is not limited to, the following:
1. Correctly applying tasks and sub-tasks in to relevant staff members promptly based on the request form;
2. Continuously monitoring and following up on the progress of tasks to ensure adherence to the strict internal and third-party deadlines;
3. Escalating overdue tasks to Dianne Prest who will perform close follow-up with relevant task staff member/assignee;
4. Preparing relevant summary reports of tasks to ensure Dianne Prest has a quick and easy oversight of where things are at;
5. Properly managing paperwork into the online drive; and
6. Accurately inputting data into various systems.
7. Preparing assorted documents, Residential Management Agreements (RMA), Residential Tenancy Agreements (RTA), Sale Agency Agreements (SAA), Contracts of Sales (COS) and other templated documents.
Over time, you may also be tasked to do other administrative tasks as and when required, depending on how proficient you become with your initial responsibilities, or generally on how busy you are.
Qualifications
– Prior home-based experience of at least 3 years is a MUST
– Prior reporting and data entry experience of at least 3 years is a MUST
– Prior Australian administration experience of at least 3 years is a MUST
– Prior experience in managing and using of at least 1 year is a MUST
– Self-sufficient, proactive, and able to meet strict deadlines
– High level of attention to detail
– Proficient and excellent written and spoken English skills
– High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
– Willing to learn and upskill on more challenging work
– Understanding of the Australian Property Management is a PLUS
This is a full-time and permanent home-based role that requires:
1. Having stable power and internet (with a bandwidth of at least 10 MBPS)
2. Owning a computer/laptop with at least 8GB RAM with the Microsoft Office app
3. You will be required to report from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, Philippine Standard Time
Remuneration package:
– The salary will be ?60,000 per month (calculated as: ?28,000 per fortnight x 26 fortnights / 12 months).
– This remuneration is inclusive of all Philippine mandatory payments such as HDMF, Philhealth, and SSS, which means you will be responsible for paying all these for yourself.
– Incentives and bonuses will be given commensurate to performance.
