Monetization Manager (Google Ad Manager, DFP)

We are a fast-growing digital publishing company managing 20-30 high-traffic blogs and we’re looking to expand our team with an experienced Monetization Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual who is proficient in using Google Ad Manager (previously known as DoubleClick for Publishers) and experienced in running affiliate display ad campaigns.

Responsibilities:

– Implementing and managing Google Ad Manager to run affiliate display ad campaigns across our network of blogs.
– Designing visually appealing and effective ad creatives.
– Setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
– Sourcing offers from platforms like ClickBank and managing relationships with affiliate networks.
– Managing and optimizing other revenue sources, including platforms like Amazon, CJ, Rakuten, Ezoic, AdSense, Monumetric, and Raptive (previously called AdThrive).

Requirements:

– At least 2 years of experience in monetization management.
– Expertise in Google Ad Manager, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
– Knowledge of various affiliate marketing platforms such as ClickBank, Amazon, CJ, Rakuten, etc.
– Familiarity with display ad providers like Ezoic, AdSense, Monumetric, and Raptive.
– Excellent analytical skills to understand and optimize performance metrics.
– Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
– Google Ad Manager certification or other relevant certifications.
– Previous experience managing multiple revenue streams for online businesses.
