They are seeking a Mortgage Admin VA who is dynamic, proactive, and passionate about making a significant impact. The successful candidate will support various operational, administrative, and strategic activities, contributing to the seamless execution of day-to-day operations and the overall success of our client-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

*Onboarding and Social Media Management:
– Coordinate and facilitate new mortgage broker onboarding.
– Manage welcome packages, email signatures, and bios for new brokers.
– Oversee social media presence by crafting welcome posts and maintaining bios on the website.

*Training and Development:
– Organize and record weekly training sessions.
– Assist in setting up training, coaching sessions, and team retreats for the brokerage.
– Support the Limitless Broker Academy by refining client journey workshops and ensuring consistency in printables.

*Content and Communication:
– Review and maintain content in Google Drive.
– Collaborate with the social media team to create marketing materials and maintain the website.
– Track, report, and communicate monthly goal targets and performance reports to the team.

*Recruitment and Sponsorship:
– Handle recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
– Reach out to potential lender sponsors for sponsorship of team retreats.

*Sales and Marketing Support:
– Oversee funnel and drip campaign setup.
– Provide tools and support to the internal sales team for client database management and achieving targets.
– Implement tracking and accountability measures for the sales team.

*Executive Assistance and Strategic Initiatives:
– Manage the executive’s schedule, emails, and phone calls.
– Explore speaking engagements to enhance the organization’s visibility and client base.
– Free up executive’s time by handling administrative tasks.

Skills and Competencies:

– Proven track record in administrative or similar roles, showcasing the ability to efficiently manage tasks and support executive functions.
– Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
– Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information and foster positive relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
– Solid understanding of mortgage processes and real estate industry dynamics, adding valuable insights and efficiency to operations.
– Advanced skills in digital tools and platforms, including Canva, Google Drive, Flo Desk, Mighty Network, ChatGPT, CRM and similar marketing platforms.
– Strong capability to work independently, making decisions and solving problems with confidence and discretion.
– Strong proactive and “go-getter” attitude.
– A high level of integrity, with a commitment to confidentiality and data privacy.

Additional Info:

– Permanent work-from-home, remote role offer
– Starts part-time, 10 to 15 hours per week with a possibility to increase hours leading to more hours as you find your groove with the client
– Must be available to work starting at 9:00 am EST onwards (night shift/ 9:00 or 10:00 pm PH)
– Must have complete home equipment setup (desktop/laptop, headset, internet connection, and webcam)
– Has home internet speed of at least 15-20 Mbps
– Hourly rate: $10.00 CAD (Canadian Dollars)
– Bi-weekly pay via direct deposit
