Appointment Setter/Assistant Needed for mortgage loan originator. The assistant will have the following tasks
Making cold calls
They can make the calls for you and set up appointments with qualified leads.
Scheduling Appointments
Work with our calendar to schedule appointments with potential customers at a time that’s convenient for them.
Sending emails/ texts
Answer emails and text from potential customers/leads
Managing the loan officer calendar
Managing multiple calendars
Qualifying leads
Make proactive outbound calls to customers who have inquired about mortgage products through multiple channels
Receive incoming calls and follow up with prospects from marketing lists
Scheduling social media posts (created just need to be scheduled)
Required Skills
The VA should speak English
It is very important that a good VA should be able to communicate fluently in English both written and spoken.
The VA should have good phone skills
One of the most important things a remote appointment setter needs to have is good phone skills. They should be able to act as a representative for our company and qualify potential customers over the phone
The VA should be organized
An appointment setting VA should also be organized in order to keep track of our appointments and follow up with leads. They should have a system in place to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. They should also have excellent time management skills so they can set appointments and generate leads quickly.
The VA should be persistent
When it comes to appointment setting, persistence is key. A good virtual assistant will understand this and be persistent when setting up appointments with potential clients.
The VA should be detailed oriented
This is important because they need to understand the products or services you’re offering and your target market. They should be able to answer any questions that potential clients may have and deal with various concerns on time and take note of the important things so they can share these with the people involved.
