As a Mortgage Assistant at The Human Capital, you will be an essential part of our team, supporting mortgage professionals and clients primarily during the US shift. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks related to mortgage processing and customer service.
Responsibilities:
Mortgage Processing:
Assist in the preparation and submission of mortgage applications and documents.
Review and organize mortgage files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with lenders, underwriters, and clients to facilitate the mortgage approval process.
Track and monitor the status of mortgage applications and provide timely updates to clients.
Assist in the timely closing of mortgage transactions.
Client Support:
Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
Assist clients in gathering required documentation and information for mortgage applications.
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the mortgage process.
Handle client requests, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive client experience.
Administrative Tasks:
Perform administrative duties such as data entry, document management, and file organization.
Generate reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation as needed.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups related to mortgage processing.
Ensure compliance with mortgage regulations and company policies.
US Shift:
This position operates during the US shift hours to align with the working hours of our US-based clients.
Requirements:
Previous experience in mortgage processing, mortgage lending, or a related field is preferred.
