We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Broking Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in providing top-notch support to our clients and brokers. From data entry and lender comparisons to client communication and documentation management, you’ll be the backbone of our mortgage broking operations.

Requirements:

-2-3 years of experience in similar roles within the mortgage broking industry.
-Proficiency with Salestrekker, including data entry, credit quote production, and lender comparisons.
-Experience with AOL (Apply Online), specifically with Macquarie Bank, BankWest, St George, Suncorp, and Common Wealth Bank.
-Familiarity with the processes and policies of Macquarie Bank, BankWest, St George, Suncorp, and Common Wealth Bank.
-High attention to detail and accuracy.
-Strong English language skills for communicating with bank assessors and clients.
-Confidence in calling clients to provide updates on their applications and chase outstanding documentation.
-Experience with Salestrekker 2.0.
-Knowledge of SMSF loans and producing compliance documentation.
-Background in commercial lending.

Responsibilities:

-Provide dedicated loan administration support.
-Prepare documentation for loan submissions and order valuations.
-Analyze and interpret client documents, perform credit checks, and run serviceability and funding calculations.
-Enter data into processing systems (AOL) and prepare lodgement packs.
-Follow up on outstanding loan conditions and track applications to unconditional approval and settlement.
-Manage communications with customers and third parties (valuers, solicitors/conveyancers, accountants).
-Conduct needs analysis, serviceability assessments, and product assessments based on client objectives.
-Research lender policies and prepare loan comparisons.
-Provide dedicated customer support services and manage databases and marketing efforts.
-Gather current loan and property data, prepare annual review reports, and process loan variations.
-Monitor pre-approval applications and track construction loans.
-Send post-settlement or after-care emails to clients as required
