What You’ll Do:

???? Be the Friendly Voice: You’ll reach out to our customers, answer their questions about mortgage applications, payments, and services via phone, email, and chat. Your warm and professional manner will make them feel at ease.
???? Book Appointments: You’ll schedule appointments between our customers and our experienced Mortgage Advisers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
???? Collaborate Virtually: You’ll work closely with our remote Mortgage Advisers to ensure smooth operations and timely resolutions.

What We’re Looking For:

???? Experience: Previous experience in customer service is essential, ideally in the mortgage or financial services industry.
???? Great Communicator: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a British or American accent preferred to provide a familiar touch to our UK-based customers.
???? Problem Solver: You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
???? Detail-Oriented: You have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
???? Tech-Savvy: You’re proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
