Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced individual that thrives under fast-paced conditions to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our Mortgage Loan Processor in processing mortgage loan applications from start to finish, ensuring that all third-party partner items are ordered, received, and, invoiced. You will work closely with loan officers, your loan processor, third-party agents, and borrowers to ensure that loans are processed efficiently and in a timely manner. This is considered an entry-level position. Training and support will be offered and available for you to grow your career with us.

Responsibilities:
– Assist with reviewing loan applications and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate
– Registering all new applications with the chosen Lender
– Order and review property appraisals, title reports, homeowners insurance, flood insurance HOA certifications/documents, verifications of employment, and other necessary documentation where applicable
– Requests loan payoffs and other payoff certificates on applicable debts the borrower will be paying off in any given transaction.
– Communicate with loan officers, loan processor, and borrowers to resolve any issues or discrepancies
– Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the loan process
– Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

Requirements:
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in the financial services industry or other similar industry experience.
Fresh Graduates are also welcome. Please include your area of study on your resume
– Knowledge of basic computer software and systems
– Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
– Strong Oral and Written communication and customer service skills (English Speaking customers)
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Remote Job- Must be present and available at all times during work hours (Pacific Standard Time 8am-5pm; 1 hour Lunch break (unpaid), 2 15-minute breaks (paid)
– Must be a competent, hardworking over-achiever.

Compensation: Php 30,000 per month paid semi-monthly.
