Responsibilities:

Prospect for top mortgage talent: Identify and source qualified candidates using diverse channels (online platforms, industry networks, referrals).
Make outbound calls: Engage with potential recruits through phone conversations, highlighting the benefits of joining our company.
Qualify candidates: Assess experience, qualifications, and career goals to identify the best fit for our loan officer positions.
Schedule appointments: Set up meetings between qualified candidates and our hiring managers.
Nurture relationships: Build rapport with potential recruits throughout the hiring process and maintain a positive candidate experience.
Maintain accurate records: Meticulously track recruitment activities, candidate information, and appointment details in our CRM system.
Stay informed: Keep up-to-date on industry trends, competitor landscape, and our company’s loan officer needs.
Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales or recruitment (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and written
Strong cold calling skills with a persuasive and professional phone presence
Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with potential candidates
Excellent organizational skills with a strong focus on task management
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
A data-driven approach with a focus on achieving recruitment goals
Passion for the mortgage industry and knowledge of loan officer roles (a plus)
