Our team is seeking an experienced in-house loan officer assistant that can connect with the client, build trust, take in information, book appointments, and eventually help close loans.

This person has a talented mix of knowledge, closing abilities, and leadership/management skills. Someone who will lead and support the loan closing team. This person has a thirst for knowledge, self-development, loves to help and coach others, and can get along with anyone. This person is usually who everyone gravitates towards in a room and has been known to be called charismatic. We are looking for a self-starter, someone who is genuine, and has a competitive spirit. This person also loves to study sales, mortgages, personal development growth and loves to be part of a team.
Responsibilities: the person that occupies this position will be a critical part of our team by closing loans from leads that the company generates. You will be a part of the sales/consultant team. You will take a quality, warm lead from the first call, build a rapport, provide educational information, follow up, and book appointments.
-Answer all incoming phone calls
-Develop a system in place to call/text/email all live leads to book appointments with the Loan Officer
-Follow up with all leads making 50-100 calls a day with potential clients booking 20 appointments a week for their Loan Consultation
-When not setting appointments with clients, you will set appointments with Real Estate Agents calling 50-100 a day booking a minimum of 10 appointments per week
-You will follow up and build relationships with clients taking detailed notes in the system
-Ability to take down all the information for a loan application and be comfortable with financial lingo
Requirements:

Excellent communication, charismatic, and genuine
Leadership and management experience is strongly preferred
Must be calm and stable under pressure. They must have strong computer skills and proficiency with loan industry software, in addition to a working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet programs.
Track record of closing, ability to work as a team, self-motivated
