We are a dynamic and fast-growing commercial mortgage lending company that specializes in direct lending for DSCR loans, fix and flips, and bridge loans, as well as brokerage services for multifamily loans. Our company was founded 8 years ago by a finance industry veteran with over three decades of experience, including 23 years on Wall Street. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a seasoned Mortgage Processor with a strong background in commercial mortgages to join our team.
The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Processor who is well-versed in the nuances of commercial mortgages, including DSCR and fix & flip loans. This is a customer-facing position that requires excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. You will be responsible for managing documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulations and internal guidelines, and maintaining a smooth and efficient loan processing workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation Management: Collect, review, and upload necessary loan documents while ensuring compliance with commercial lending standards and requirements.
Customer Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for clients, guiding them through the loan process, clarifying document requirements, and providing exceptional customer service.
Compliance and Quality Control: Thoroughly review loan files and documents for completeness and accuracy. Identify any issues or discrepancies and work with clients to secure alternative solutions when necessary.
Process Optimization: Continuously seek ways to improve the loan processing cycle to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with loan originators and sales team members to ensure a seamless transaction and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of mortgage processing experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in commercial mortgage environments.
Knowledge of DSCR loans, fix & flip loans, and other related commercial mortgage products.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally.
Proven track record of handling customer inquiries and providing high levels of client service.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in documents.

-A fully remote position that allows you to work from anywhere (work hours are Monday-Friday, US Eastern Standard Time – 8am to 5pm with a 1 hour break
