Job Overview
Seeking a Recruiting Executive Assistant with robust experience in the mortgage industry, especially in engaging with Loan Officers (LOs). This pivotal role involves direct communication with LOs, managing follow-ups, and ensuring all recruitment interactions are conducted efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills with a neutral accent, be detail-oriented, organized, and reliable. Familiarity with using Calendly for scheduling and Bonzo for communication is highly valued, enhancing the recruitment process’s effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
Directly converse with Loan Officers, providing pivotal information and fostering positive relationships throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure timely follow-ups with individuals as required by the executive, maintaining professional and efficient communication.
Manage and maintain accurate records of interactions, utilizing tools like Calendly and Bonzo to streamline communication and scheduling.
Organize recruitment activities and the executive’s schedule to prioritize and efficiently manage recruitment tasks.
Exhibit strong communication skills, capable of maintaining a neutral accent and engaging clearly with professionals within the mortgage industry.
Utilize mortgage industry experience to understand and address the specific needs and questions of Loan Officers effectively.
Leverage Calendly for scheduling and Bonzo for enhanced communication, contributing to a smooth and organized recruitment process.

Requirements:
