We are seeking a skilled motion graphic designer to join our creative team.

Responsibilities:
-Conceptualize, storyboard and illustrate clean design / motion graphics based on the brand aesthetic and style
-Brainstorm, storyboard, sketch and illustrate style-frames from concept to final video
-Create graphic templates for easy use
-Collaborate with the creative team and be able to dive into any project at any phase
Experience and skills:
-Minimum 3 years of experience working in design and video environment
-Formal design, animation, or visual arts training
-Fundamental understanding of 2D animation principles
-Character Rigging (such as Duik or Rubberhose) is a plus
-Drive to create audience-focused designs that surprise and delight
-Ability to quickly translate brainstorming discussions and big picture ideas into relevant creative visuals
-Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere)
If you:
-Have an exceptional portfolio showcasing motion design and video work
-Obsess over great motion design, and regularly collect and share examples
-Have a keen awareness and knowledge of motion and design trends
-Notice when a design is imperfect by a few pixels and other details that others overlook
-Take ownership of your projects and take pride in a perfectly executed final product
-Understand timing and composition but you are also a designer / illustrator
-Understand the importance of great typography, color, space, and grids
-Have the ability to work, self-direct, and prioritize within a virtual team
-Have the ability to work in a variety of styles and incorporate branding
-Are willing to take creative direction, adapt on the fly, and offer solutions that drive to succeed
-Can manage your own time successfully, meet deadlines and handle pressure
-Are very organized, efficient, and pay close attention to details while handling multiple tasks
-Have good communication skills with the ability to take direction and explain design thinking
-Have a great sense of humor, good attitude and the ability to make work fun
