Motion & Graphic Designer

Hero Design is a graphic design agency with a diverse set of clients across the globe. We’re a rapidly growing team of talented designers who enjoy helping clients with their design needs.

For the motion graphic designer position, we are looking for individuals with all the following:

• A wide variety of professional design experience. Candidates are expected to have experience (and to show this through their portfolio) in the following areas: motion graphics, website, and mobile mockups and designs, 2D animation, illustration, photo editing, typography, shirt design creation, social media designs, flyers, and experience with all other common graphic design-related areas. To be considered, applicants must show advanced skills in all of these areas.

• Commercial design experience. We are looking for very experienced designers who have worked extensively with English-speaking clients.

• You must have an updated computer or laptop with Adobe Creative Cloud. You must have a high speed and consistent internet with backup power sources available.

• Professional experience with video editing/2D animation applications such as Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects.
Knowledge in using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a plus.

• Extensive knowledge in graphic design skills (logo/branding, social media, illustration, photo manipulation, packaging, etc.)

We are hiring remote casual/part-time/full-time positions for the following shifts:
• 10pm-6am Monday-Friday Manila Time

We’re growing quickly, and as such there will be many opportunities for promotions, increased responsibilities, and growth within the team. All of our management team has been hired internally starting from designer positions, and as we are growing rapidly, there will always be demand for continued promotions.
