Motion Graphics Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphics Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of motion graphics and animation principles, as well as the ability to create visually appealing designs that effectively communicate ideas and messages.

The Motion Graphics Designer will work with a team of designers and marketers to create dynamic and engaging animated content. This may include creating graphics and animations for commercials, music videos, explainer videos, or other forms of visual content.

The Motion Designer may be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and animating a project from start to finish, or for contributing to specific elements of a project.

Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize and develop motion graphics for various mediums, including digital and social media.
• Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Stay current with industry trends and technology and incorporate new techniques into design work.
• Produce high-quality animations, visual effects, and composites for various projects.

Requirements:
• Knowledge of animation/video editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro
• Understanding of design principles, including color theory, composition, and typography
• Ability to create content for social media and advertising.
• Ability to conceptualize and tell a story through animation.
• Strong creativity and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of 2D and 3D animation techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of industry trends and techniques
• Good collaboration and communication skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time position.
Official working hours: 9am – 6.30pm (SGT GMT+8), Monday – Friday

(To be discussed for remote team members who operate on an 8 hour or more time difference)
