Motion Graphics | Video Editing | Graphic Design

Hello everyone, we’re looking for a passionate motion graphics and video editor to join our agency. This individual will play a crucial role in generating fresh, captivating content that represents the digital and creative identity of our agency. Has great attention to detail and strong willingness to learn new skill sets and tools, especially with AI advancement features.

We’re JZ Creates, a social and digital media creative agency that produces captivating content through graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, 3D animations and just recently AI image/video generation. We’re a B2B agency based in the United States and service businesses in various industries.

The job is part-time for now and will become full time for the right candidate.

Requirements:
Adobe CC, After Effects, Premiere, Media Encoder, Photoshop etc.
Minimum 2-5 years Video Editing and Motion Graphics Experience.
Skillful knowledge of 3rd Party AE plugins: Video Copilot, Motion Bro, Red Giant etc.
Understanding of social and digital video specifications.
Excellent creative and storytelling skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work on Pacific Standard Time.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Tech savvy, good with Google Workspace, Slack etc.
High-speed internet connection.
Fast computer for rendering.
Willingness to learn new skills and programs, especially with AI features.
Bonus points if you know any 3D programs, C4D, Blender, E3D etc

Duties:
Create engaging short and long form video content for our agency and clients.
Edit and transform existing video and graphic assets into compelling portfolio reels and showcase materials.
Conceptualize, create, and produce new digital content that highlights the company’s services and projects.
Create trending and compelling video edits and add dynamic motion graphic overlays.
Continuously evolve our content and editing approach, bringing in new ideas and techniques.
Manage multiple projects, maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
Utilize stock footage, images, sounds, music within your video edits at a high-quality level.
Work from AE video templates from envato elements and turn them into new creative assets.
Occasional graphic design work for social media posting.
