Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. This role requires a seasoned professional with a robust background of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and executing tasks while displaying a keen attention to detail.
Job Description
– Assist in employee onboarding: ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and coordinating job training.
– Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics, resolving any issues or concerns.
– Implement and support time tracking software and payroll processes.
– Develop and roll out company policies and procedures.
– Maintain a positive work environment by addressing and resolving employee grievances.
– Assist in the performance review process.
– Provide feedback and recommendations to HR management on policies and procedures.
– Maintain employee records (attendance, personal details) according to policy and legal requirements.
– Assist in the organization and execution of training sessions and seminars.
– Provide support in developing training materials.
– Participate in HR projects and provide support for various initiatives.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
– At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
– Proven experience as an HR generalist, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
– Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
– Demonstrated experience in social media recruitment, including sourcing and engaging with candidates on various platforms.
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), time tracking, payroll systems and other HR software.
– Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and make data-driven recommendations.
