Responsibilities:
– Ownership of the social media department
– You NEED to post on Instagram, FB Pages, and FB Groups every day
– This will include all of their features like Posts, Stories, REELS
– Brainstorm and come up with content ideas for social media pages
– You will plan and schedule out social media posts for a week ahead
– Need to have good visual aesthetics to plan out social media feeds
– Need to have good visual aesthetics to create graphics on Canva
– Own and manage our Facebook Group to keep page engagement high by sharing relevant content in the group and answering any questions that the members will have
– Answer back to all questions and comments from customers on the social media pages
– Track and report the growth of all Instagram accounts, Facebook pages, and Facebook Group
Qualifications:
– Have a good working phone and must be okay with working on your phone
– Well-versed in the world of Social Media but know that there’s more to learn
– Need to have good visual aesthetics and always have the need to make things prettier
– Be incredibly detail-oriented
– Proficiency preferred in Trello, Slack, Google Drive, Canva
– A creative spirit
– Humility and Service—you focus on how you can build a bigger vision for the team and yourself, in service of our customers and their dreams
– You’re a born GO GETTER – always looking for ways to add value, do better work, improve efficiencies, build others up, and make the world a better place
– LOVE learning new things
– Just ‘figure things out’ without too much guidance
– Stay one step ahead, proactively making adjustments to ensure success

This is a part-time position that has STRONG potential to increase with more hours. The position is available to work up to 20 hours per week with a minimum of 4 hours per day (hours can be flexible as long as they’re consistent).
