Positive Summary

PLM is looking for a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to be responsible for following up on warm leads, upselling, cross selling, and convert them into customers. Duties will include reaching out to potential customers and cold/warm leads by phones, text, and emails. Assist our Sales Team by reaching out to potential retail customers leads, qualify and turn those visitors into customers. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have an understanding of the sales process, and excellent communication skills. Some previous experience in a sales role is a must.

Sales Development Representative Performance Objectives:

Send/communicate over 200+ texts daily.
Contact existing customers for up-sell and cross-sell.
Contact potential customers who our leads
Make 200+ outbound/inbound calls daily and convert leads to customers.
Send 200+ outbound emails daily and convert leads to customers.
Initiate contact with potential customers through prospecting.
Moving solid leads through the sales process, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but never committed to move forward in the sales process.
Continuing to hone in on your skill to increase performance and income opportunities.
Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.
Have a strong desire to excel in a sales driven environment.

Sales Development Representative Competencies:

Proven sales, cold calling, customer service, or marketing experience.
High level of drive to succeed in sales. Driven, Persistent, Motivated.

Compensation: $1,000 month + performance-based bonus monthly + 13th month bonus.
