Who Are We Looking For?
International Move Management:
The aim of an International Move Manager is to ensure that the expectations of the clients are met and that all projects are run efficiently and profitably. It is therefore essential that a successful candidate must have of excellent interpersonal skills, great organizational skills. Strong logical thinking and good with numbers.
What Does An International Move Management Job Description Include?
• Manages and coordinates import and export relocation of household goods from removal of goods to delivery at destination country.
• Accurate invoicing and AP/AR monitoring a nd project finance management (margin control)
• Proper documentation of client’s data, move/shipping status and other relevant information.
• Develop excellent relationships with clients (mostly western Europeans and Anglo Saxons) & within team members, other departments and vendors.
• Ensure complete documentation is received from all concerned parties in a timely manner.
• An understanding of margins is essential to ensure profitability is maintained in line with company requirements, but also the monitoring of vendors in relation to charges.
• Being organized and very reliable in your work is essential in move management, and therefore successful candidates must be able to respect & manage project timelines & milestones effectively and efficiently.
• International Move Manager must also be able to manage & build strong client relationships including arranging onboarding calls, follow-ups and liaising with customers during the whole move process. You are expected to go above & beyond for clients & they should love you.

Key Skills and Qualifications of an International Move Manager:
• College Graduate with degree in Management (Logistics is a +); or equivalent
• Strong logical thinking
• Go getter attitude
• Quick to learn,
• Open minded with adaptable attitude towards work
• Always willing to improve and get better
• Not afraid of HARD WORK / HUSTLING
• Absolute dedication to the job
• At ease with numbers
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Great attention to details, not approximate person. You know how to double or triple check yourself if necessary and when requested.
• You know how to get the extra mile.
• Excellent communication skills as will be interacting with client/vendors/partners
• Must be a team player and with high level of professionalism
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Working hours from 4PM to midnight Philippine time. Possibility to shift from 2PM to 10PM after 1 year.
