A distributor of high-quality footwear, is seeking a highly skilled MS Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (Manual and Functional Testing Exp) with expertise in manufacturing and distribution processes and a strong understanding of MS Dynamics 365. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the development team and business stakeholders to understand software requirements and functionality.
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual exploratory tests for various software systems, primarily focused on manufacturing and distribution processes and MS Dynamics 365.
Identify, report, and track software defects and issues using appropriate bug tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
Conduct thorough root cause analysis of defects and provide detailed information to the development team, enabling them to make necessary improvements.
Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business requirements.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies, exploring new tools and techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product owners, to foster a culture of quality and drive improvements in the software development lifecycle.
Participate in release and deployment activities, verifying software functionality across different environments and configurations.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in manual testing, manufacturing and distribution processes, and MS Dynamics 365.
Contribute to the overall quality assurance strategy, sharing insights and recommendations to improve the testing framework and ensure high-quality software deliverables.

Education and Work Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Manual Tester or Quality Assurance Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing and distribution environment.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of manufacturing and distribution processes, including inventory management, supply chain, and order fulfillment.
Strong expertise in testing MS Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems, with a focus on modules such as Sales, Purchasing, Warehousing, and Manufacturing.
Proficiency in creating and executing manual test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts to validate software functionality.
Experience with bug tracking tools and test management systems, such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Familiarity with software testing methodologies, including exploratory testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Self-motivated and proactive mindset, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of automation testing tools or scripting languages would be a plus.
