Multi-channel marketing refers to the practice of engaging with customers across multiple direct and indirect communication channels, including websites, direct mail, email, social media, mobile, etc. This approach allows businesses to connect with their customers at multiple touchpoints, enhancing the customer experience and increasing the opportunities for conversion.

What You Need To Bring to the Table:

*Must be able to work from 8AM-4PM Eastern Time (US)
*Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
*Proven experience as a digital marketer with a track record of leading and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
*In-depth understanding of the 5 P’s of Marketing: Product, Price, Promotion, Place, and People.
*Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate customer needs and market trends.
*Strong entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to create and tell compelling stories about new products or companies.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to work independently and lead a team to meet ambitious growth objectives.
*Proficiency in multi-channel marketing software and tools (see below for specifics).

Job Responsibilities (from the President and CEO of the company):

*“In the beginning, you will be paid to learn Directmail 2.0 and implement it in our clients companies. As you implement the software into our client’s companies, you will have an amazing opportunity to advance inside our company and help us head up another company.
*If you choose to advance in the company, you will use the software to conduct a market analysis to identify gaps in our client’s marketing strategies
*You will take note of which product offerings clients need the most.
*Then, with our help, you will lead the creation and launch of a new sister company to TGI Direct, including developing the company story, product offering, and marketing strategy. (You will have guidance on this, but we want to allow you to own it and come up with your own ideas)
*Once the product offering is decided, you will build and manage the company’s website and digital presence, ensuring strong brand consistency across all platforms.
*You will also:
– Develop and implement omnichannel marketing campaigns that leverage Directmail 2.0, tracking their effectiveness and optimizing for maximum impact.
– Foster relationships with key stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment and support for new initiatives.
– Manage and lead the growth of the new department, setting strategic goals and ensuring they align with TGI Direct’s vision and values.
– With our help, if it’s something you want to take on, you will build a team around you to help you facilitate your vision.”

Software Platforms & Tools Required:

*Proficiency with Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar analytics tools.
*Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
*Familiarity with CMS platforms for website development (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
*Knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
*Proficient in social media marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
