Join our team at Multi Family Relations, where we specialize in establishing and nurturing relationships within the commercial real estate industry. We are dedicated to connecting with commercial realtors and multi-family property owners to foster mutually beneficial partnerships.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Multi Family Relations Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a knack for research and outreach, with a focus on building and maintaining a comprehensive database of commercial realtors and multi-family property owners. As a Multi Family Relations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in expanding our network and facilitating communication with potential partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Outreach and Database Management (4 hours/day):

Identify and compile a list of 25 commercial realtors daily.
Add identified realtors to Follow-up Boss, tagging them as “Commercial Realtor” and enrolling them in the Commercial Realtor Automated Campaign.
Identify and compile a list of 25 multi-family properties daily using Google Maps.
Research property owners, including their addresses and online social media profiles, and add them to the Multi Family Database.
Coordinate with Laura to prepare and send monthly mailers to new additions to the database.
Database Management:

Maintain a comprehensive spreadsheet of all property owners, including their names, home addresses, property addresses, and relevant contact information.
Update the spreadsheet regularly with information on the level of desirability for each property, social media profiles, email addresses, and mailing history.
Keep detailed records of any contact made with property owners and relevant notes.
Bonus Incentive:

Offer a $3,000 bonus per acquisition to the Multi Family Relations Coordinator if a property identified and researched by them is acquired by the company.
Qualifications:

Strong research and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using Google Maps and other online research tools.
Experience with database management and spreadsheet software.
Knowledge of the commercial real estate industry is a plus but not required.
