We are seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our team as a Content Writer, Social Media Manager, Newsletter Creator, Social Media Designer, Video Editor, and Data Entry Specialist with experience in Xero. Our Objectives:

Our primary objectives for this project are the following:
• Increase brand awareness and recognition.
• Generate more leads and convert them into sales.
• Generate more recruitment leads and convert them into part-time and full-time staff.
• Improve the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts.
• Enhance our overall online presence and digital marketing efforts.
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers and expand our customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Content Writing: Create engaging and compelling content for our website, blog posts, social media channels, and other marketing materials.
• Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence, engage with the audience, and drive traffic to our platforms.
• Newsletter Creation: Design and curate informative and visually appealing newsletters to keep our subscribers updated with the latest news, promotions, and updates.
• Social Media Design: Create eye-catching and visually appealing social media posts, graphics, and banners to increase engagement and brand visibility.
• Video Editing: Edit and enhance videos for various platforms, including social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
• Data Entry: Accurately input and manage data using Xero, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Writer, Social Media Manager, Newsletter Creator, Social Media Designer, Video Editor, and Data Entry Specialist.
• Proficiency in writing creative and persuasive content.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Experience with newsletter creation and email marketing tools.
• Skills in graphic design and ability to create visually appealing social media posts.
• Proficiency in video editing software and techniques.
• Prior experience with Xero or other accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills for data entry tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
