We are looking for a longterm sidekick who is visually-talented and loves creative work like video editing, content repurposing and graphic design.
Ideally, you enjoy VARIETY. Sometimes doing boring work, sometimes doing creative work, sometimes doing “organizational” work like creating processes & systems.
This job is for you if you like VARIETY on a day to day, and want a fast paced company where you can bring ALL your skills to the table.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as a creative virtual assistant
Proficient with video editing softwares & video effects
Understand how to create a visual EXPERIENCE (not tacky slow corporate content, but really cool scroll stopping & engaging content with the use of music to provoke emotion)
Expert in CANVA (or Photoshop/Adobe)
Loves consuming highly engaging social media/YouTube content & finding ways to emulate it
Fluent in English and able to edit subtitles to make sure they’re correct
Self-Motivated & creatively thinks outside the box
Organized & willing to use project management tools to stay on track with tasks
Eager to learn MORE skills, and a quick & self reliant capacity to figure out new softwares
TOOLS WE USE:
Kajabi, Telegram, Google Drive, Notion, Canva, Youtube, Zoom
For this position, you must possess the following qualities to be successful:
1. Creative eye with strong attention to detail with video editing (Youtube or Reels), as well as graphic design
– Not corporate & boring. You must really see yourself as a creator that brings something fresh.
– We want our content to be a mix between entertaining, educational, and emotionally provocative.
2. Ability to repurpose 1 long formYoutube video (or live event) into several fun, inspiring, engaging Instagram Reels or TikTok videos.
– You must possess the discernment and creative awareness to decipher what are the BEST clips to pull that would add value to our Instagram users while making them want to watch the whole video on Youtube.
– The creative mind & capacity to pull and place multiple clips together to build a story or value add clip.
3. Can think outside the box and keep a tab on all of our content (from live Zoom calls, trainings, YouTube videos, photos, testimonials etc) and find creative ways to combine & repurpose it for weekly fresh content.
– We want some one who is really immersed in the business and is constantly coming up with new ideas to present to us that can be used for value adds on social media from past & current events.
4. Enjoys working independently and doesn’t require supervision or constant micro-managing to complete tasks.
5. Dependable & trustworthy; looking for long-term partnership with a conscious company who takes great care of their employees
6. Confident asking questions for clarity, as well as seeking out and presenting solutions when obstacles comes up
7. Have a “get the job done” attitude, and be able to separate work life from personal life
8. Operates from a high level of standard; you want to feel proud of the contribution you’re making and the work you do

Our brand is spiritual and bold. We used to publish lots of valuable content, but our team got bottle necked and couldn’t keep up.
We need a creative sidekick who can help us churn new and engaging social media content at a high level to help build our brand and serve our community
We want all of our content to deliver a visual & emotional experience, and we’re looking for someone who can help with that
We move very fast & expect the people we work with to be the same way
We have high expectations and require someone who can artistically and creatively push the limits while emulating our brand voice
