We have many needs, and this position can easily grow to full time, however we’re starting with part time first and see how things go. Honestly it depends on your skillset. Some VA’s are so talented we immediately move to make them full time after two or three weeks. Some VA”s have skills that are very narrow and we aren’t able to provide additional work so they stay at 15-20 hours per week.
Our immediate needs are as follows:
1. join FB real estate groups and interact with groups (within group rules, do not spam), and cold outreach to members to see which realtor in said groups might benefit from our services – we create websites for realtors.
do the same SAME WITH DENTISTS groups and WELLNESS PROVIDERS (hollistic healthcare providers, wellness providers, etc..) – SO 3 VERY SEPARATE INTEREST GROUPS. We create websites for dentists, holistic healthcare providers, and real estate agents. this is the service we’re trying to sell.
2. we ALSO, make custom cutting boards with real estate agents logos on our website at . in the USA it is common for a realtor to give their client who just bought a house a gift. a custom cutting board would make a great gift. so there would be some cold outreach / engaging with members of the group for this. So in addition to our website creation services, we also provide cutting boards customized with real estate agent logos. two separate things.
3. SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS CREATION – need someone proficient in instagram, pinterest, tiktok, facebook content creation.
4. create 5 facebook groups from scratch. I have 5 new facebook groups I would like to create, looking for someone who has experience growing an audience. We have corresponding blogs articles so there would be some content you can link to, however most of the work will also have to be content curation from other people, and social media creation of eye catching posts related to our niche.
