Job Description

I am looking for someone who is very responsive, positive, patient, requires minimal supervision and great at organizing.
Someone who is efficient, hardworking, honest, and can become dedicated to helping me protect my time as the company grows.
The job can start as soon as possible! You must be technology savvy and able to follow all deadlines/appointments I have. The job is great with plenty of work to come as workload gets larger. you will start part-time and must have the capability to add on more hours and go-all in 100% with our growing company.
This is a flexible/part time position to grow into full time. I am in need of someone who is not just wanting to get paid without bringing in results and assist in revenue building.

Good English speaking and grammar is required. WhatsApp/Email communication.

Some of the responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
Book appointments and manage my calendar with, bills, travel, and other appointments.
Answer and sort my email , google drive and dropbox. File scanned documents and maintain a clean virtual environment
Research Influencers with large following for lingerie brand
Assist with Scheduling content in Hootsuite, Monday, Later.
Proficient with Shopify, Instagram, Facebook
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience using software such as Gmail, Dropbox, google docs, Instagram, Facebook.

Businesses I have currently that i need assistance with.
A lingerie store where we will have events and will need postings to promote online.
A credit repair and real estate business where ill need lead generation
A self care non profit for women’s empowerment (currently in process) where there will be upcoming events and fundraising.
A new Amazon seller central store for home decor(dropshipping) where someone should have experience in managing store inventory.

There are current branding templates made and i will need someone to keep account of the content calendar for all accounts is required but will be helpful:
Social media Manager and Marketer/ Content Creator
Great with FB/IG Ads
Worked with several businesses, organizations, and events as a
social media manager/marketer and Facebook ads manager.

Video editor
Able to edit videos for promo used in social media accounts
Proficient in PR, Press Releases, Media Kits/Campaigns
Research familiar brands of the same niche and research Influencers great for branding.

This wage is a starting wage for 60 days probationary period to see if you are a great fit for the position and will increase to full time wage after 60 day period with bonuses added once hired permanent.
